Senior Project Coordinator

Position:
Senior Project Coordinator;

Location:

Borehamwood, Hertfordshire;
Salary: £38,000 – £45,000 (DOE).

• Coordination of major electrical infrastructure projects from conception to client handover
• Completing and issuing documentation including RAMS, drawings, Street Works licences and project progress reports
• Procurement of necessary project materials and labour, including subcontractors
• Assigning schedule of works and monitoring project completion time frames
• Liaising with the site‑based project delivery team to ensure all site‑based activities align with the project needs
• Liaising with local councils, civil contractors and distribution network operators (DNOs)

• 5+ years experience within project coordination, from a construction, civil engineering or utilities background
• Confident in liaising directly with contractors, clients and internal teams to deliver projects
• Strong knowledge and experience with a range of documentation including RAMS, Street Works permits, project process reports, etc.
• Experienced user of the full Microsoft Office package (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Based within a commutable distance of Borehamwood

• Basic salary £38,000 – £45,000, depending on experience
• 31 days holiday (including bank holidays)
• Working hours:
  
  8am – 4:30pm, with an early finish on Fridays
• Option to work from home one day per week
