Estimating Specialist - GTA Projects

Join a talented Estimating/Sales team as an Intermediate Estimator focusing on aluminum railing projects in the GTA.

Your role will include creating detailed estimations and design proposals that impress clients.

In this remote position, you will engage with clients to review project specifications, prepare accurate estimates, and coordinate site visits. Your expertise will ensure that you effectively manage client expectations and collaborate with various departments. You'll be responsible for maintaining strong relationships while contributing to new sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed review of architectural drawings

• Create and submit accurate cost calculations

• Develop and submit proposals to contractors and builders

• Collaborate with vendors for material pricing

• Prequalify potential clients based on project needs

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in construction industry

• Proficient in Procore and Building Connect

• Excellent communication and client relationship skills

• Must be flexible with work hours

• Ability to perform occasional site visits
