The Senior Quantity Surveyor based in Bridgwater will manage commercial aspects of a landmark civil engineering project.
This full-time, permanent role offers hybrid working with three days on site, plus a choice of company car or allowance.
The salary is negotiable based on experience.
You will report to an experienced Commercial Manager, overseeing cost control, valuations, and contract administration.
Key skills include NEC contract experience, subcontract management, and strong negotiation abilities.
The position involves working on a major long-term infrastructure scheme for a respected contractor, ensuring financial performance across the project lifecycle.

- Building strong working relationships with clients, operational teams and the supply chain.
- Supporting the successful commercial delivery of a high-profile infrastructure project.
- Experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor within civil engineering or infrastructure.
- Strong knowledge of NEC3 and/or NEC4 contracts.
- Experience managing subcontract accounts from procurement through to final account.
- Excellent commercial awareness and negotiation skills.
- A proactive and collaborative approach with a passion for delivering successful projects.
