Freelance Building Surveyor Condition Surveys Cambridgeshire £340 per day | Outside IR35 TSA Surveying are currently recruiting for an experienced Freelance Building Surveyor to support a programme of condition surveys across a portfolio of school sites throughout Cambridgeshire . This is an excellent opportunity to secure work over the school holiday period on an Outside IR35 contract, with a combination of site-based surveying and home-based report writing.

The Role Carrying out condition surveys across education properties. Collecting asset and condition data using GoReport . Producing clear and accurate condition reports following site inspections. Completing report writing remotely from home following survey visits. Contract Details £340 per day Outside IR35 School holiday programme Cambridgeshire-based sites Mix of site work and home-based reporting Requirements Previous experience undertaking building condition surveys.

Experience surveying education or public sector properties is advantageous. Proficient in using GoReport for data capture. Strong report writing skills with the ability to produce high-quality condition reports. Own vehicle and willingness to travel between sites.
