Project Manager

As a project manager at s, you bear overall responsibility for the complete execution of scaffolding and lift projects, from initial planning through to final delivery. You are the central point of contact for clients, subcontractors and internal teams, continuously monitoring progress in terms of planning, budget and quality. In this versatile role, you combine office-based work with regular site visits, using your technical expertise to deliver on time and within budget.

Requirements   Bachelor degree in civil engineering, construction management or a comparable field
At least 5 years of experience in project management within construction or installation technology
Demonstrable knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations, including Health & Safety law and building regulations
Excellent communication and organisational skills

Experience with project management software and the MS Office suite
