Senior Quantity Surveyor - a multi-disciplinary consultancy is searching for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join the growing team in Bristol. This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a specialist project management and cost consultancy.

The company work across advanced manufacturing, commercial, education, sports and leisure sectors - with project values ranging as high as £1bn.

The initial project is a major advanced manufacturing development which consists of several projects ranging between £20m - £100m.

This is a key role within a fast-growing organisation, offering the opportunity to work on a high-profile advanced manufacturing development which a programme of major works running over the next 10 years.

Our client is a privately-owned multidisciplinary consultancy headed by a small team of directors, it's a personable team environment, offering flexible working, home working, and equity participation - with over 70% of staff members now invested in the business.

• Basic salary of £65,000 - £75,000 (DOE)

• Lead end-to-end commercial delivery of major advanced manufacturing facilities
• Work closely the building contractor and various project stakeholders
• Provide excellent level of service to the client
• Work closely with the company directors

• Experience delivering construction projects as Senior Quantity Surveyor
• Experience working with consultancy or building contractor
• Great communication and organisation skills
• Construction related qualifications

To qualify for the higher rate of pay you must be able to demonstrate experience successfully managing construction projects as a Senior Quantity Surveyor.
