Collaborate with estimators, engineers, and clients while supporting exciting developments globally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise multi-discipline cost estimate development

• Develop estimates for architectural and structural systems

• Validate construction quantities from design drawings

• Coordinate input parameters for accurate estimates

• Interface with clients and stakeholders as primary contact
Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field

• 10+ years of estimating experience in construction

• Proficient in estimating platforms and scheduling software

• Strong relationship-building and problem-solving skills

• Certification in construction/estimating is a plus
