Lumen Search is seeking a Chartered Building Surveyor to join its Manchester office. The role covers professional and project-based Building Surveying services across commercial, public sector and institutional portfolios, with scope to help establish a new Building Surveying team and set technical standards.
Ideal candidates will be MRICS (or working towards), hold a Building Surveying degree, and bring broad UK consultancy experience.
