MRICS Building Surveyor

An established and reputable independent Chartered Surveying practice is looking for an MRICS Building Surveyor to join their growing team, focusing on Prime and Super Prime Residential properties across Oxfordshire and the surrounding London patch.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Building Surveyor looking to specialise in high-value residential property and work on a varied portfolio of prestigious homes.

The role offers a hybrid working arrangement, with one day per week in the office alongside home working and site visits.

The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out Residential Building Surveying work to a high professional standard. The expected workload is approximately 8 to 12 jobs per month, allowing you to focus on delivering high-quality work.

Requirements:

• MRICS qualification
• Proven experience in Building Surveying
• Strong Residential Building Surveying experience
• Experience working with high-value residential properties would be advantageous
• Strong report writing and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
