An experienced Quantity Surveyor with the motivation to progress and drive their career forward, is now needed by an impressive Construction Consultancy who are a short walk from Covent Garden.
You the Quantity Surveyor, will be ready to jump into your own projects, running them from inception right to final accounts.
The successful Quantity Surveyor, will need to bring a motivation and dedication to perform, as progression and pay rises come with time and performances.
Experience in Commercial, Hotels, Mixed Used or Retail schemes would be an advantage.
The Quantity Surveyor's RoleThe new Quantity Surveyor will immediately work on a secured Commercial office fit out in Holborn, worth £6m and be helping other projects in the high end Hotel sector.
You will work with JCT/D&B contracts, working with high end clients from a myriad of industries.
The ideal candidate would be someone who has achieved their MRICS recently, or is planning on sitting in the next 2 sittings.
The Quantity Surveyors duties will include managing the client from inception right through to completion, undertaking pre & post contract duties.
There is endless support and encouragement for all Quantity Surveyors to progress into Senior Quantity Surveyors.
The ConsultancyThey are a SME multi-disciplinary consultancy, operating in Quantity Surveying, Project Management and Employers Agent.
Myriad of clients, in a mixture of sectors. Team of 110 employees, across 6 offices across the UK.

The Quantity Surveyor- Completed a BSc/MSc Quantity Surveying degree
- Preference with a PQS / Consultancy background
- Understanding of JCT contracts
- Quantity Surveying background with EA/PM knowledge/experience preferred
- Ideally involved in Commercial, Mixed-Use or Hotel projects
- Wanting to lead on client meetings and take full project life cycle
- Pre and post contract knowledge
- MRICS is always important, but experience is key too
