Salary: $140-$160K base salary, negotiable based on experience

Hybrid Schedule - Work from home, travel to site. Must have own transportation

On behalf of our client, we are offering an opportunity to join a growing group with extreme success working on local projects in the lower mainland. Our client is well reputed among GCs and have an excellent track record in project quality and delivery. They are growing, offering advancement opportunities and flat management structure with good natured and supportive leaders. Our client is a civil construction contractor working underground utilities, road works, excavation and shoring on commercial and large residential projects across the Lower Mainland.

We're adding a senior seat to their estimating team. This role encompasses both hands-on and management. The successful candidate estimates work themselves and manages their estimators, growing with the company.

• Minimum of 10 years estimating civil construction
• Direct experience in underground utilities, road works, excavation and shoring
• Commercial and large residential project experience
• Heavy Bid proficiency
• Bidding to both private and public owners

• Good natured management in a fast growing company with a  small company  culture feel
