Are you an experienced AssocRICS Residential Surveyor and looking for generous earning potential, excellent benefits and the flexibility of remote working?

We're recruiting for a Residential Surveyor to join a highly successful and growing residential chartered surveying business, covering the Oxford and Reading areas.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced surveyor with a minimum AssocRICS qualification, looking to work remotely while carrying out mortgage valuation surveys and Level 2 surveys across an established regional patch.

The Role

As a Residential Surveyor, you will:

Carry out mortgage valuation surveys across your regional patch
Complete Level 2 residential surveys
Provide accurate and professional residential surveying reports
Manage your own workload and diary on a remote basis
Deliver a high standard of service to clients and stakeholders
Use leading surveying software for efficient report writing
Maintain strong communication with clients and relevant parties

Residential Surveyor requirements:

Minimum AssocRICS qualification
At least 2 years' post-qualified experience
VRS experience
