Senior Estimator | Civil Engineering | Hybrid Working | Excellent Salary + Package Ready to work on projects that are a little different?
I'm recruiting on behalf of a highly respected specialist civil engineering contractor with an outstanding reputation for delivering complex infrastructure, structural refurbishment and engineering projects across the UK.
Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of secured work, they're looking to appoint an experienced Senior Estimator to join their pre-construction team.

- Prepare accurate and competitive tenders for civil engineering and infrastructure projects.
- Review drawings, specifications and tender documentation.
- Produce cost estimates, pricing and risk assessments.
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, subcontractors and internal delivery teams.
- Identify value engineering opportunities and innovative solutions.
- Support bid submissions and contribute to winning future projects.
- Previous experience as a Senior Estimator or Estimator within civil engineering.
- Experience with in concrete repairs, structural refurbishment or bridges would be advantageous, but is by no means essential.
- Strong understanding of estimating principles and commercial awareness.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
