Were working with an established and highly respected specialist contractor who is looking to strengthen their commercial team with an experienced Quantity Surveyor. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business with a strong pipeline of work across Areas 6 & 8 , working on a mixture of high-profile and technically challenging projects.

The Role As Quantity Surveyor, youll take commercial responsibility for your projects, working closely with operational teams, clients and supply chain partners to ensure successful commercial delivery. Youll be responsible for:
Managing the commercial performance of projects from start to completion Cost control, forecasting and reporting Subcontract procurement and management Valuations, applications for payment and final accounts Managing variations, change and commercial risk Supporting project teams with commercial advice Building strong relationships with clients and supply chain partners Why Join? Youll ideally have experience managing the commercial aspects of projects and be confident working independently, managing stakeholders and taking ownership of your projects.
