Key Responsibilities:

• Lead project delivery from pre-construction to final completion

• Develop and manage budgets, schedules, and scopes of work

• Oversee procurement to ensure timely material delivery

• Monitor project milestones and maintain active site presence

• Mentor Junior Project Managers and promote team culture

Requirements:

• Degree in Construction Management or related field

• Minimum 5 years of project management experience

• Proven ability in complex contract management
