Proline Internals Ltd is a dynamic and expanding specialist contractor based in Birmingham. Specializing in commercial drylining packages, we serve clients nationwide, with a primary focus on the Midlands region. With over 8 years of consistent growth, we are now seeking to fill key positions within our organisation.
OverviewThis is a full-time, hybrid role for a Quantity Surveyor / Estimator. The ideal candidate will be ambitious and will have the opportunity to progress into a senior role for the company.
Responsibilities- Estimating
- Finding tender opportunities
- Cost control
- BOQ preparation
- Cost management
- Cost planning
- Cost reporting
- Working predominantly in Birmingham with flexibility for remote work arrangements
- Experience in quantity surveying and estimating
- Strong Drylining background/experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools
- Ideally relevant professional certifications (e.g., RICS) and qualifications in Quantity Surveying or related field
