Buildforth, part of the Paradigm Group, seeks a skilled Project Manager with significant experience in construction project management. You will be responsible for overseeing the full project lifecycle—from pre-construction to completion—ensuring project goals are achieved timely and effectively. This role demands strong leadership skills and the ability to guide Junior Project Managers toward success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead project phases from pre-construction to final completion

• Develop and manage budgets, schedules, and scopes of work

• Oversee procurement processes for timely delivery

• Direct site teams and maintain presence on job sites

• Act as point of contact for clients and stakeholders

Requirements:

• Degree in Construction Management or related field

• Minimum 5 years of project management experience

• Proven ability to manage complex contracts

• Familiarity with project management software

• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel
