About the Role
Our client is seeking a highly experienced Senior Site Engineer to join their progressive team, operating in a fully remote capacity. This role is pivotal for overseeing and managing the on-site execution of diverse civil engineering and construction projects across various locations. You will be responsible for ensuring that all construction activities adhere strictly to design specifications, quality standards, safety protocols, and project timelines.

- Provide remote technical guidance and supervision for construction site operations.
- Ensure strict adherence to engineering drawings, specifications, and quality control procedures.
- Develop and manage detailed construction schedules, tracking progress and identifying potential delays.
- Oversee site safety management, ensuring compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.
- Review and approve contractor submissions, method statements, and quality assurance plans.
- Facilitate effective communication between project stakeholders, including clients, design teams, and site personnel.
- Conduct remote progress monitoring and reporting, analyzing site data to identify areas for improvement.
- BEng or BTech in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
- ECSA registration as a Professional Engineer or Pr.Tech.
Eng. - Minimum of 10 years of comprehensive experience in site engineering and construction management.
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously from a remote standpoint.
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, materials, and quality assurance practices.
