You will develop accurate, defensible cost estimates for infrastructure restoration and emergency work, evaluate damaged facilities, and validate project scopes for eligibility and funding determinations.
This on-call, as-needed role may be remote, field-based, or hybrid depending on client needs and project requirements. Travel is required as needed.
