Role & Responsibilities Carry out Level 2 and Level 3 residential surveys in accordance with RICS standards

Assess and document structural issues, defects, and areas requiring remedial works

Produce clear, comprehensive, and client friendly reports following inspections

Maintain professional communication with clients, agents, and stakeholders throughout projects

Ensure surveys are completed within agreed timelines and quality expectations

Manage workload effectively across multiple residential survey instructions

Provide accurate advice on property condition and associated risks

Support continuous improvement of reporting standards and service delivery

Skills & Experience RequiredMRICS qualified with strong experience in residential property surveying

Proven experience delivering Level 3 building surveys across varied residential properties

Strong knowledge of building pathology, defects, and construction methods

Ability to produce clear and concise reports for a range of client audiences

Excellent communication skills when liaising with clients and stakeholders

Ability to manage multiple survey instructions while maintaining quality outputs

Experience working within a consultancy or private practice environment preferred

Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for site visits

Salary & Benefits Salary range of 55,000 to 65,000 depending on experience and qualifications
