Morson Edge is seeking a Freelance Quantity Surveyor for a major new build project in Greater Manchester, working mainly on site in Wigan. The role offers a £400/day rate, Inside IR35 via Umbrella, for an 18-month assignment with 3–4 days on site and some home-working.
You will procure pre-construction packages for large schemes (typically above £50m) and bring NEC4 Option A contract experience to the team. MOJ or Prison project exposure would be advantageous for this project.
