Ernest And Florent, a boutique Main Contractor in Cobham, Surrey, is seeking an Experienced Quantity Surveyor to manage 2–3 high-end residential projects from concept to completion. The role allows one day of remote work and opportunities to contribute to a close-knit commercial team.
You will need a Quantity Surveying degree, at least 4 years in the field, and strong pre/post-contract knowledge. A Main Contractor background is preferred but not essential for residential work.
