Leverage your expertise in visual storytelling to ensure quality, clarity, and alignment with evolving platform standards.
Key Responsibilities- Produce original, high-quality video content that serves as exemplary training material for AI systems.
- Edit and enhance videos using industry-standard tools to optimize clarity, pacing, and audience impact.
- Craft compelling stories and scripts tailored to diverse digital platforms and audience segments.
- Evaluate and provide structured feedback on AI-generated video outputs, supporting iterative model improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop content strategies and refine training data workflows.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of video trends, visual communication strategies, and AI advancements.
- Document production workflows and training insights to support scalable content operations.
Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience in video production and editing with tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
- Strong storytelling and scriptwriting abilities for varied formats and audiences.
- Demonstrated expertise in content strategy and visual design for digital platforms.
- Ability to provide detailed, actionable feedback on creative and technical aspects of video content.
- Deep understanding of audience engagement, digital trends, and effective communication principles.

- Experience training or mentoring others in video content creation or media production.
