About the Role

Bayaan Academy aims to create a positive learning environment that encourages creativity, critical thinking, and excellence. We’re looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Coordinator to elevate our online presence and engage our growing audience.

• Develop and implement social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Linked In, etc.).
• Create, curate, and schedule engaging content, including graphics, videos, and written posts.
• Monitor and analyze social media metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and adjust strategies as needed.
• Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and foster community interactions.
• Collaborate with marketing and design teams to align social content with overall brand strategy.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging social media platforms.

• Proven experience as a Social Media Coordinator or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms, analytics tools, and content creation software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas.
