Jim Hinson Pools - Freelance Word Press Website & Content Editor Address Raleigh, NC, USA
Job Description
Flexible, Creative, and Web-Savvy? Let’s Talk.
Amenity Construction Group is on the lookout for a freelance
Word Press Website Editor who can jump in as needed to help manage and improve our suite of websites (currently five, with potential for more on the horizon). We’re looking for someone with a sharp eye for design, a love of clean UX, and the technical skills to handle front-end updates, content tweaks, plugin management, and light troubleshooting.
Bonus if you’re also handy with content creation: helping us brainstorm, gather, and organize visual and written content for our websites and social media channels.
What You’ll Help Us With:- Make regular content updates to our Word Press websites (mostly Elementor-based).
- Troubleshoot layout or formatting issues, broken links, and plugin conflicts.
- Optimize pages for performance, responsiveness, and user experience.
- Assist with the creation or improvement of landing pages, blog posts, galleries, and visual elements.
- Gather, format, edit, and upload new photography, video, and testimonials to keep our sites fresh and relevant.
- Occasionally help source or edit content for our Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok, You Tube, or blog posts.
- Bonus: SEO optimization
- Have solid experience working with Word Press (especially Elementor, Woo Commerce, and media galleries).
- Know your way around basic HTML/CSS (even if you don’t love it).
- Have a good design eye and understand the importance of visual storytelling. Can take a concept or an example and make it fit our brands.
- Understand basic SEO principles (and won’t freak out at the sight of a meta description).
- Are a reliable communicator and status giver.
- Bonus:
You’ve worked with brands in luxury construction, real estate, architecture, interior design, or a similar creative field.
We’re a premium brand that builds cool stuff, but we don’t take ourselves too seriously. We care about design, process, and making great things for our clients. You’ll get clear direction, flexible work arrangements, and a team that appreciates your input and expertise.
Commitment to Equality:We are staunch advocates for equal-opportunity employment. We welcome candidates of all backgrounds without regard to race, color, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, veteran, or disability status.
The Amenity Construction Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
