Support the development of digital multi‑channel campaign work, from strategy to execution. Identify real human truths, write with a brand‑aligned tone of voice, and prototype ideas for a 360‑campaign. Work under the Creative Director’s leadership to brainstorm, develop creative decks, and deliver polished copy.

• Collaborate with the creative team in brainstorming and concept creation.
• Conduct research projects and fulfill day‑to‑day copy requests.
• Assist in asset creation and produce proud, high‑quality deliverables.
• Apply strategic sense and concept to creative briefs.
• Stay current on industry trends and industry best practices.
• Maintain meticulous attention to detail, especially grammar.
• Support idea production from conception through completion.
• Plan and participate in community‑building events.
• Accept constructive criticism and use it to improve work.
• Proactively seek ways to support the creative team.
• Mentor junior copywriters as needed.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Communications, Creative Writing, or Advertising/Portfolio school.
• 3‑5 years of copywriting experience at an advertising or marketing agency.
• A portfolio demonstrating conceptual brand work.
• Creative writing pieces—both real and speculative.
• Strong awareness of the digital landscape, including online campaigns and interactive experiences.
• Capable of generating big ideas while focusing on detail and ready to take on new responsibilities.

Compensation Range: $88k – $101k annually. This pay range reflects the skills, qualifications and experience desired for this position as of the posting date. Compensation may be adjusted based on applicable law and company policy. The Final date to receive applications is 12/19/25.
