Job Summary

Progressive Technology is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Digital Editor to join our content and editorial team, focusing on agriculture technology, equipment, and innovations
. This is a remote position where you will play a vital role in producing, editing, and curating high-quality digital content for our online platforms. The ideal candidate will have a passion for agriculture technology, strong editorial judgment, and the ability to transform technical content into engaging, accessible, and professional publications.

• Edit, proofread, and format digital content related to agriculture technology and equipment.
• Collaborate with writers, researchers, and subject-matter experts to ensure accuracy, clarity, and relevance.
• Ensure consistency with brand voice, editorial standards, and style guidelines.
• Manage digital publishing schedules and oversee content uploads to websites, newsletters, and online platforms.
• Review technical articles, product reviews, case studies, and equipment features for grammatical accuracy and readability.
• Optimize content for digital platforms, including SEO best practices and user engagement.
• Stay updated on agricultural innovations, machinery, and technology trends to ensure content relevance.
• Provide feedback to contributors and ensure timely publication of digital materials.

• Bachelors degree in Journalism, Communications, English, Agriculture Studies, or related field
  .
• Proven experience as a Digital Editor, Content Editor, or Copy Editor in the technology, agriculture, or industrial equipment sector.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with strong attention to detail.
• Familiarity with digital publishing tools, CMS platforms, and SEO practices

• Ability to simplify technical content for broader audiences without losing accuracy.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.

• Minimum of 2–4 years of editorial experience in digital content production.
• Prior experience in agriculture, technology, or industrial equipment publications is highly preferred.

• Flexible remote working schedule.
• Core collaboration hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (based on project timelines and team coordination across time zones).

• In-depth knowledge of digital content management systems (CMS).
• Strong command of editorial style guides (AP, Chicago, or in-house styles).
• Awareness of agriculture machinery, equipment, and technological advancements
