We are seeking a Graphic Designer to join our marketing team. This role involves designing and creating visually compelling graphics based on provided descriptions and requests. The graphics will be used across various social media platforms to enhance engagement and brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities- Graphic Creation:
Develop high-quality graphics tailored to project descriptions and marketing needs. - Social Media Design:
Create visuals optimized for platforms such as Tik Tok, Redbook (Xiaohongshu), Instagram, and Meta. - Brand Consistency:
Ensure all designs align with brand identity and messaging guidelines. - Collaborative Development:
Work closely with the marketing and content teams to translate ideas into visually appealing materials. - Revisions and Adaptations:
Adjust and refine designs based on feedback to meet campaign objectives.
- Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin and English.
- Proven experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing past work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or equivalent design tools.
- Strong creative and conceptual thinking abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with social media marketing trends and design best practices.
- Experience with motion graphics or video editing is a plus.
