We’re looking for a Digital Designer (Static + Motion) who lives and breathes visual storytelling. This is a hands‑on creative role focused on turning complex ideas into clean, compelling visuals, from social media assets to animated explainers. You’ll help shape the visual identity of one of Canada’s fastest‑growing health‑tech companies.

1. Design & Motion Graphics (Top Priority)

• Create scroll‑stopping static and animated assets for social media, ads, and web.

• Develop clean, cohesive brand visuals that make healthcare technology feel human.

• Design carousels, infographics, icons, and short motion clips that communicate with clarity.

• Ensure all visuals reflect Cloudcure’s brand tone, professionalism, and attention to detail.

• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to adapt designs for campaigns and internal initiatives.

2. Digital Campaign Creative

• Support paid and organic campaigns with on‑brand creative for Meta, Google, Linked In, and Tik Tok.

• Produce visuals that convert, balancing creativity with performance‑driven goals.

• Create ad variations and optimize for engagement and CTR.

3. Landing Pages & Brand Collateral

• Design clean, conversion‑focused landing pages (Webflow, Unbounce, or similar).

• Build cohesive design systems across all marketing touchpoints (web, email, print).

• $55,000–$65,000 CAD base salary (depending on experience).

• Remote‑first flexibility across Canada.

• Work with a creative, driven team that values craft, clarity, and design thinking.

• Access to top‑tier design tools and AI‑assisted creative platforms.

• 3+ years of experience in digital design, motion graphics, or creative production.

• Strong portfolio of static and motion work (reels, carousels, explainer clips, etc.).

• Skilled with Adobe Suite, Canva, Figma, and After Effects or Premiere.

• Ability to translate marketing briefs into clean, emotionally resonant design.

• Understanding of basic layout, typography, and color theory for healthcare/tech.

• Detail‑oriented, collaborative, and self‑driven, you take ideas from concept to completion.
