Project-Based Motion Graphic Designer - Dot Yeti (Pooling)

We're seeking a talented Motion Graphic Designer to join our team and create engaging content that resonates with the audience. You'll work on a variety of projects, from illustrations and social media designs to animations and videos, playing a vital role in enhancing our brand's visual presence.

• Collaborative Design: Collaborate with the design team to develop project concepts and visual strategies.
• Versatile Content Creation: Develop product illustrations, social media designs, logos, and other graphics for print and digital platforms.
• Motion Graphics & Animation: Design and produce high-quality animations, explainer videos, and motion graphics that deliver clear and compelling messages.
• Video Editing & Production: Edit and enhance video content with dynamic visuals, sound, and effects to support brand storytelling.
• Design Optimization: Provide input on design best practices and optimizations throughout projects.
• Software Proficiency: Utilize Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, and Premiere Pro to create high-quality content.

• Has significant proven design experience.
• Possesses a strong portfolio showing animation and video projects.
• Proficient with design software and technologies (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma, etc).
• Has a keen eye for aesthetics and detail.
• With excellent communication and time management skills.
• Has strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Previous startup and/or design agency experience.
• Experience handling design requests for MSMEs, large corporations, and entrepreneurial initiatives.
