Job Title: Japanese Content Creator

Data Force by Trans Perfect is currently looking for Japanese Content Creators.

This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of an innovative project to improve Longform text-to-speech AI technology.

Task summary:

The content creators will be required to write original narrative fiction and non-fiction works (1000 to 2500 words per work).

The topic, genre, and type of content will be provided by our team along with detailed guidelines.

Included genres for fiction are mystery, thriller, sci‑fi & fantasy, romance, etc.

Topics for non-fiction are health, wellness, science, and technology, among other options.

Types of content:

• Full chapters (up to 10 pages, approx. 2500 words)
• Short stories (up to 10 pages each, approx. 2500 words)
• Scenes/passages (up to 4 pages each, approx. 1000 words)
• Snippets (1 page each, approx. 250 words)

Example prompt: “Write content where the protagonist is a survivor of a plane crash trying to navigate a dangerous wilderness to safety”.

It is not allowed to use any AI tools to aid creation and all submitted content will be reviewed for plagiarism and the use of AI technologies.

• Idiomatic fluency in Japanese
• Graduate or undergraduate of literature, journalism, or creative writing or with proven experience in journalism, writing, or content creation
• Experience in creative writing (candidates with a demonstrated writing hobby through self-publishing, blogging, book drafts, screenplays, etc. will be considered)
• Excellent writing skills in Japanese (grammar, spelling)
• Proficiency in English
• Attention to detail
