OverviewMinute Media is hiring a Part-Time Multiplatform Producer to work 25-30 hours per week. This role will help support the production and growth of several sports-focused video podcast series. The ideal candidate is a creative, sports-savvy producer who understands online fandom and knows how to turn sports culture into engaging digital content. You’ll collaborate closely with hosts, talent, and content leadership to deliver high-quality long-form and short-form video, assist in live broadcasts, and support the development of fan-driven communities.
WhereYou'll Be
This is a part-time remote position.
What You'll Do- Produce, record, and edit video podcast episodes (typically 45–60 minutes).
- Prepare and distribute episodes across video and audio platforms.
- Run live broadcasts, manage viewer interactions, and assist in real-time engagement using Stream Yard, OBS, eCamm, Riverside, or similar tools.
- Edit and publish daily short-form clips for You Tube Shorts, Tik Tok, Instagram Reels, and other social platforms.
- Support social-friendly messaging, hooks, and content packaging.
- Work directly with hosts and creators, offering support on presentation, pacing, and on-camera delivery.
- Participate in brainstorming show formats, topics, and new creative ideas.
- Apply platform-specific best practices to drive performance and audience growth.
- Stay informed on sports news, storylines, athlete narratives, and trending online conversations.
- Assist in booking guests and preparing for interviews with athletes, influencers, and experts.
- Help maintain engagement across social media, Discord, and fan-driven spaces.
- Review content metrics and share observations to guide future creative decisions.
- 1–3+ years of experience in video or podcast production (freelance, creator, or professional experience all welcome).
- Familiarity with video editing tools like Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, or comparable software.
- Basic experience with live streaming tools (Stream Yard, OBS, Riverside, eCamm, etc.).
- Strong understanding of sports culture and digital fandom.
- Experience editing short-form vertical content.
- Organized, communicative, and comfortable working independently.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, content-driven environment.
- Collaborative mindset, this role will coordinate closely with a second part-time producer.
- On-camera or hosting experience.
- Interest in sports betting, fantasy sports, or digital sports communities.
- Experience working with creators, influencers, or digital-first brands.
