Junior Graphic Designer

About the role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer with strong Photoshop skills to join our game production team. In this role, you will support the design of game pack assets, including thumbnails, banners, promotional materials, and in-game visual elements
. You will work closely with senior designers and game artist teams, to ensure high-quality visuals that align with our brand and game style.lity visuals that align with our

• Create game pack assets using art provided by the art team, such as:
  • Thumbnails
  • Banners (static and animated)
  • Icons
  • Basic UI elementsaphic assets in the required formats and resolutions
• Prepare and export graphic assets in the required formats and resolutions.
• Adapt and optimize assets for various platforms and formats
• Follow established branding and art guidelines to ensure consistency across all games and platforms
• Work with game designers and senior artists to iterate on visual concepts
• Assist in improving existing graphical assets when needed
• Stay updated with industry trends in game art and graphic design
• Organize and maintain design files and asset libraries

• Basic experience in Graphic Design (1-2 years or strong portfolio preferred)
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop is a must
• Understanding of design priciples: composition, color, typography, visual hierarchy, and layout
• Ability to follow visual direction and adapt to game art styles
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
• A portfolio showcasing relevant design work (game-related work is a strong advantage)
• Fluent in English, both verbally and written

• Experience with Illustrator or other design tools
• Basic knowledge of motion graphics (After effects or similar)
• Passion for games and familiarity with visual trends in the gaming industry
