In this role, you’ll design and lead workflows that combine creativity with automation, ensuring content can be localized, personalized, and delivered faster without sacrificing quality. You’ll collaborate with creative, ops, and tech teams to push the boundaries of post‑production—driving efficiency, profitability, and impact for some of the world’s top brands.

• Lead workflow optimization for editing at scale in post‑production.
• Drive localization and personalization projects using automation and AI‑driven tools like Figma and Storyteq.
• Oversee production projects (video, motion, 3D, AR) from brief to delivery, ensuring quality and efficiency.
• Partner with Creative Project Managers, Creative Directors, and Finance, as well as direct customer stakeholders.
• Manage scope, planning, ingestion, and post‑production workflows across teams.
• Improve processes and establish scalable ways of working.
• Own project profitability by managing budgets, timelines, and deliverables.

• 5+ years of experience in creative production (agency, in‑house, or production company).
• Strong background in post‑production at scale, especially for digital‑first content.
• Proven ability to structure processes and improve operational efficiency.
• Curiosity about AI, AR, and emerging creative tools, with experience applying them to production workflows.
• Track record running or contributing to AI‑first creative projects.
• Comfortable working in a global, remote‑first, asynchronous environment.
• Ability to collaborate across time zones and adapt to fast‑changing priorities.
• Strong communication skills to align teams, understand briefs, and keep stakeholders informed.
• Bonus:
  Experience working with performance marketing teams and optimizing content for testing and iteration.
