Job Summary

HR Service Jobs is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to join our remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for producing high-quality video content for You Tube and Instagram, transforming raw footage into engaging stories that resonate with diverse audiences. You will collaborate with the content team to ensure each video aligns with brand guidelines, creative vision, and audience expectations.

• Edit and assemble raw video footage into polished, high-quality content optimized for You Tube and Instagram.

• Add graphics, animations, sound effects, and visual effects to enhance storytelling.

• Collaborate with content creators, social media managers, and marketing teams to ensure videos meet brand standards.

• Optimize videos for social media platforms, including formatting, captions, and thumbnails.

• Stay updated with the latest video editing trends, software updates, and social media best practices.

• Review and revise content based on feedback to ensure final output meets expectations.

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.

• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve.

• Strong understanding of video formats, resolution, compression, and social media requirements.

• Knowledge of color grading, motion graphics, and audio editing.

• Creative storytelling skills with an eye for detail and pacing.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

• Strong time management skills and ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines.

• Good communication skills to understand project briefs and provide updates.

• Minimum 1–2 years of professional experience in video editing, preferably for social media platforms.

• Experience creating content for You Tube and Instagram is highly desirable.

• Portfolio of previous video projects demonstrating creativity and technical proficiency.
