We’re looking for a talented and organized Content Producer to help us bring our brand to life through high-quality video and photo content. From brainstorming creative concepts to managing production logistics and editing final assets, you'll be at the heart of our storytelling efforts. This role offers the chance to collaborate with a passionate team and contribute to projects across digital, social, and campaign initiatives.

• Develop and execute creative concepts for photo and video content
• Plan and manage shoot logistics including scheduling, props, locations, and talent sourcing
• Operate video and photo equipment such as DSLRs, drones, GoPros, and lighting setups
• Direct talent during shoots to ensure brand alignment and high-quality results
• Organize, edit, and color-grade content for various platforms and campaigns
• Maintain and manage studio and production equipment
• Track and manage project timelines using internal project management tools
• Stay informed on content trends and bring fresh ideas to the table
• Shoot and edit all static product photography to support the catalog team

• Three to five years of videography and photography experience
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including Premiere Pro, Lightroom, and Photoshop
• Experience directing and shooting photo and video content
• Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Drone certification is a plus
• Comfortable lifting up to 30 pounds and working occasional weekend events

• Know the San Diego area well for scouting local shoot locations
• Have experience sourcing talent on a limited or barter budget
• Are skilled in both studio and natural light setups
• Understand content optimization across You Tube, social, and web
• Have a strong visual portfolio that shows your range and creativity
