As EVEREVE’s Art Director, Email
, you will lead the design and execution of EVEREVE’s email program, ensuring every campaign reflects the brand’s strategic vision, aesthetic, and voice. You’ll bring deep expertise in email design and functionality, creating engaging experiences that drive both brand storytelling and conversion.

You will partner closely with marketing, merchandising, and development teams to create dynamic, mobile-first email campaigns that optimize performance while staying true to EVEREVE’s lifestyle-driven brand. A refined design sensibility, deep understanding of email best practices, and ability to balance creativity with function are key to success in this role.

A typical day will find you designing materials and campaigns, collaborating with cross functional partners and departments and executing assets in multiple forms. A deep understanding and vested interest in the lifestyle and aesthetic of the EVEREVE customer will be integral to success in this role.

• Lead design and creative direction for all email campaigns, from concept to execution
• Translate brand strategy into compelling email experiences that balance storytelling and commerce
• Partner with marketing and merchandising teams to align email design with product priorities and seasonal campaigns
• Ensure designs are optimized for mobile-first performance and follow email best practices (including accessibility, image optimization, and responsiveness)
• Collaborate with developers and production to ensure flawless functionality across devices and platforms
• Stay informed on trends in email design, personalization, segmentation, and interactivity
• Present concepts and performance-driven iterations to creative leadership

• BA/BS in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field
• 5–7 years of experience in email design and art direction; retail and fashion experience a plus
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite; strong knowledge of Figma and Adobe XD
• Expertise of HTML and CSS principles as applied to email design
• Proven ability to create high-performing, mobile-first, responsive designs
• Ability to manage multiple projects on tight timelines while maintaining brand consistency
