Arabic Speaking Candidate To assist in the development of technical proposals for IT solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Work with the technical team to develop proposals for IT solutions in the areas of managed services & infrastructure.
- Summarise the RFP in a neat document as a base for the proposal document.
- Organise the proposal document in a professional manner to include sections for executive summary, scope of work, time line etc.
- Integrate technical input from the company technical team & external vendors to insert in the above document.
- Produce visually appealing and interactive content using tools like Microsoft Office (Word, Power Point) & Adobe Creative Cloud suite.
- Produce a bullet proof flawless document that meets RFP requirements.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Professional with tools such as MS Word, PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Cloud suite, Canvas.
- Ability to create graphics, diagrams, and visuals to support content.
- Diagramming tools (e.g., Lucidchart, Visio).
- IT Background is preferable.
University degree in IT or related field.
Soft Skills- Good command of English Language.
- Analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration.
- Ability to work remotely either home or workspace.
- Minimum three years experience in a similar capacity.
