Senior Graphic Designer – Data Annotation

Data Annotation is building cutting‑edge AI tools for designers. As a Senior Graphic Designer you will train AI models to better understand visual principles, critique AI‑generated interfaces, and shape the next generation of design‑focused AI tools.

• Full‑time or part‑time remote position
• Choose which projects you want to work on

• General AI training projects start at $20+ USD/hr; design‑focused projects start at $40+ USD/hr, with bonuses for exceptional work

• Review and critique AI‑generated UI/UX designs, mockups, and visuals
• Evaluate the quality produced by AI models for correctness and performance
• Help train models to better understand aesthetic quality and user‑centered design

• Fluency in English (native or bilingual level)
• Background in UI/UX design, web design, product design, or graphic design
• Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, interaction design, and user flow
• Excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice
• A current, in progress, or completed Bachelor's is preferred but not required
