Job OverviewThe Senior Technical Designer will be responsible for creating all technical specifications for design. This includes creating technical packs for each style and keeping them up to date as changes occur throughout the season to help ensure high-quality, production-ready garments. You will also attend all fittings for your styles, communicate fit comments and changes to overseas factories, and collaborate closely with designers and other team members to manage the overall workflow.

- Hybrid Schedule – 3-4 Days in Office / 1-2 Days Remote

Duties & Responsibilities
- Create technical packages for each style, including measurement specs, construction details, and callouts, and keep them up to date throughout the season.
- Attend and participate in the fitting of all garments you are responsible for, taking clear, detailed notes and measurements.
- Create and revise fit comments and communicate revisions to overseas factories.
- Work with designers on technical details for each style throughout the development and production process.
- Collaborate with other team members to manage construction, fit, approvals, timelines, and workload.
- Enter and maintain measurement data in Full Circle.
- Ensure garments align with design intent and fit standards.
- Have expertise in fitting and patterns to make accurate fit changes and comments for overseas vendors.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Technical Design or Pattern Making.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills with great attention to detail.
- Excellent at measuring garments and providing accurate comments and measurements.
- Fluent knowledge of garment spec sheets and POMs.
- Self‑starter with a solution‑based approach.
- Ability to interpret design sketches and translate them into clear technical specifications.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment with shifting priorities and multiple deadlines.
- Proficient in Google Drive, Gmail, Microsoft Excel, and Adobe Illustrator. Full Circle experience is a plus.
- Experience communicating with vendors overseas is a plus.
This position is currently operating as a 3-4 day in office / partial remote position. Work is conducted in an air‑conditioned office environment or at home office.
- Occasionally required to stand, walk, climb, balance, bend, stoop, kneel or crawl.
- Continually required to sit, utilize hand and finger dexterity, talk and hear.
- Occasional exposure to outside weather conditions.
- Moderate noise level in the work environment.
- Employees may occasionally lift and/or move more than 20-25 pounds.
- Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
- Specialized equipment used: computer, laptop, printer, copy machine.

To determine starting pay within the hiring range, we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location, role/level, a candidate’s skills, experience, market demands, internal parity and other relevant factors. Flexibility outside of the salary range listed may be considered based on additional skills or qualifications that justify additional compensation.
Company‑paid health benefits, PTO, bonus and other various company perks are not included in the salary range listed above and are considered additional compensation.
