As a Multimedia Designer at Orderfox youll be the creative force behind our brand presence - shaping how its seen felt and experienced across all channels. From concept to final execution your work will bring our story to life and set new standards for design in our industry.

• Turn ideas into visuals :
  Youll transform concepts into brand-aligned visuals that capture attention online and offline - whether for social media websites presentations brochures or trade fair materials.
• Bring stories to motion :
  Youll produce motion graphics short videos and explainers that make our campaigns and product stories come alive.
• Set the standard for brand consistency :
  Youll develop templates layouts and reusable assets making sure our design stays aligned across all channels.
• Shape projects together :
  Youll collaborate and spar with marketing content and UI / UX teammates to push ideas further and bring out the best in every project.
• Evolve our brand :
  Youll help grow our visual identity asset library and design systems so the brand keeps moving forward.
• Spot whats next :
  Youll stay ahead of design and media trends to bring fresh inspiring ideas into our work.
• Make moments memorable :
  Youll design impactful visuals for internal and external presentations and events that leave a lasting impression.

Your work will make our brand tangible memorable and impossible to ignore.

• You bring an educational background in Visual Communication Graphic / Media Design or a related field along with 2 - 4 years of hands-on experience turning ideas into impactful design.
• Your portfolio speaks for itself showcasing outstanding work across digital print and especially motion / animation.
• Youre fluent with the tools of the trade :
  Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator Photoshop InDesign) After Effects Premiere Pro Figma and you know how to use them to make ideas shine.
• When it comes to video you have a keen eye (and ear) for editing with a strong sense of sound timing and transitions.
• Youre confident working in English every day and if you bring German thats a bonus.
• Your mindset is all about conceptual strength creativity and attention to detail helping you transform concepts into memorable visuals.
• You work in an organized and reliable way balancing independent ownership of projects with being a strong team player and communicator.

• A fixed-term opportunity with potential - This role is a 12-month cover for a colleagues absence offering you the chance to make an impact from day one. While the contract is temporary there may be opportunities to continue with us afterwards depending on the colleagues workload and our future needs.

We offer three possible setups for collaboration. (Please note : our operations follow Zurichs time zone - Central European Time (CET UTC1) / Central European Summer Time (CEST UTC2). For smooth collaboration we can only consider candidates whose time zone differs by no more than / - 2 hours from Zurich.)

• With Swiss residence and valid work permit :

Direct employment at our Zurich HQ (hybrid). Our office is located at Villa Windegg in Seefeld and offers a 42-hour flexitime week 25 vacation days home-office options and up to 20 days of work abroad.

We offer two collaboration models :

Employer of Record (EOR) :
Employment through an EOR partner under fully compliant local conditions. This setup provides the stability of formal employment while allowing you to work fully remotely.
