• Develop original illustrations and decorative motifs tailored for ceramic surfaces, aligning with the brand’s coffee-centric identity.
• Provide digital files ready for ceramic application, ensuring designs are adaptable to various product shapes and sizes.
• Collaborate with the team to refine concepts and incorporate feedback efficiently.
• Ensure all artwork meets production requirements and quality standards for ceramic decoration.

• Proven experience in illustration or surface pattern design, preferably with a portfolio showcasing work on ceramics or similar products.
• Strong artistic skills with a keen eye for detail, color, and composition.
• Proficiency in digital illustration tools such as Adobe Illustrator or Procreate.
• Ability to interpret creative briefs and translate brand values into visual concepts.
• Excellent communication skills and responsiveness in a remote work environment.
• Availability to start promptly and deliver within agreed timelines.
• Based in Spain or an able to work effectively with a team based in Gijón, though remote applicants are welcome.
