What You ll Be Doing:
This is a hands-on role where you ll be responsible for art directing brand, promotional, and interactive campaigns from concept through execution.
- Concepting & Execution: Work side-by-side with copywriters and brand managers to concept breakthrough ideas and execute them from start to finish. This includes developing creative across all media.
- The Social Edge: Champion the digital landscape. You will be crucial in concepting and executing on a variety of digital delivery formats, including social media platforms, data visualization, and motion graphics.
- Creative Excellence: Maintain a high quality on creative deliverables. This means a proficient understanding of art direction within fully integrated campaigns is a must.
- Client Partnership: Manage your own projects, present work, and earn the trust of your client partners by maintaining professional relationships.
What You ll Bring to the Table:
- Experience: 2–6 years art directing for an advertising or marketing agency.
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Digital Media Design, or Advertising/Portfolio school
- Portfolio: An exceptional, diverse portfolio that clearly demonstrates strong art direction and conceptual thinking.
- Digital Mastery: Superior command of digital design tools such as Figma, and extreme proficiency in mac-based Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign specifically).
- Attitude: An enthusiastic, flexible, positive outlook that thrives in a fast-paced environment and works well both independently and within a team.
