Position: Social Media Coordinator (Volunteer)

About the Role

The Social Media Coordinator plays a key role in helping Philosophical Entertainment share its message of awakening, love, and interconnectedness with the world. This is a creative, heart‑centered position for someone who enjoys storytelling, aesthetics, and community engagement. You’ll help grow our digital presence by crafting thoughtful, inspiring, and visually engaging content drawn from our podcast episodes and teachings.

Responsibilities
  • Develop & Implement Strategy: Collaborate with our team to plan monthly content calendars that align with current podcast episodes, events, and themes.
  • Create Engaging Content: Design and post social media materials (short clips, quotes, reels, audiograms, etc.) across our key platforms, Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok, You Tube, and Linked In.
  • Amplify the Message: Transform podcast moments into accessible and shareable posts that invite reflection and discussion.
  • Community Engagement: Respond to comments, messages, and shares with presence and compassion, fostering a space for authentic conversation.
  • Track Growth: Use insights and analytics to identify what resonates most with our audience and help us evolve our outreach strategy.
  • Collaborate: Meet with the team periodically (bi‑weekly or as needed) to review progress, share creative ideas, and plan upcoming content.
Qualifications
  • Experience managing or creating content for social media platforms.
  • Comfort with tools like Canva, Adobe Express, or Cap Cut for light editing.
  • Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
  • Interest in philosophy, mindfulness, spirituality, or conscious media.
  • Organized, reliable, and self‑motivated, able to manage your time independently.
  • A collaborative spirit and a desire to be part of something meaningful.
Time Commitment

Approximately 5–10 hours per week
, depending on your availability and project flow. The role is fully remote and designed to be flexible for those balancing other commitments.
