Toplent helps companies scale faster by connecting them with exceptional remote professionals from SEA, LATAM, and South Africa. We are currently collaborating with a client who is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to join their team on a full-time remote basis.

• 🎬 Edit raw video footage into polished, engaging, and high-quality content for social media, websites, ads, and campaigns
• 🎨 Add motion graphics, transitions, subtitles, and special effects to enhance video storytelling
• 📂 Organize and manage media assets, ensuring consistency and proper file management across projects
• 🤝 Collaborate closely with content creators, designers, and marketing teams to understand project objectives and deliver aligned outputs
• ⚡ Ensure videos are optimized for different platforms (You Tube, Tik Tok, Instagram, Linked In, etc.)
• 📊 Review and implement feedback quickly while maintaining creativity and attention to detail
• 🧠 Stay updated with the latest video trends, editing software updates, and content strategies to keep projects fresh and innovative

• 💻 Minimum 2 years of experience as a Video Editor or in a similar role
• 🎥 Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools
• 🎨 Strong skills in motion graphics and basic animation (After Effects is a plus)
• 🔊 Good understanding of sound editing, color grading, and visual storytelling
• 📱 Experience editing for multiple formats (short-form, long-form, vertical, horizontal) across social media platforms
• 🌟 Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
