Role Description
The Graphic Design Specialist will contribute to the creation, implementation, and enhancement of visual materials to support branding and marketing efforts. Responsibilities include designing graphic elements including packaging, developing branding elements, creating logos, and performing image editing. Additional duties include collaborating with internal teams to align designs with company goals, providing strategic direction on visual elements, and ensuring consistency across all visual content.
This is a full‑time hybrid role based in Newton, MA, with the flexibility to work from home 1‑2 days per week.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and equivalent work experience in graphic design required
- 3 – 5 years’ graphic design experience, preferably in medical products or consumer packaged goods
- Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design to produce high‑quality visual materials
- Experience in Logo Design and Branding to help create and enhance brand identity
- Proficiency in Image Editing software and tools for manipulating and optimizing images
- Knowledge of visual storytelling to communicate complex ideas effectively
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Experience working with product textiles and understanding of product development roadmap preferred
