The mentor will collaborate closely with the project creator, providing expert advice and hands‑on support to ensure the narrative is effectively adapted for animated production.

• Review and analyze the existing story and accompanying drawings to understand the creator’s vision
• Mentor and guide the creator through the process of screenplay adaptation, offering feedback and best practices
• Structure the story into a professional screenplay format, ensuring clarity, pacing, and suitability for animation
  
  Provide actionable recommendations for character development, dialogue, and scene transitions
• Deliver a polished screenplay draft ready for agent submission
• Communicate effectively and work independently in a remote setting

• Proven experience in screenplay writing, particularly for animation or cartoon projects
• Strong mentoring or coaching skills, with the ability to guide non‑professional writers
• Deep understanding of screenplay structure, formatting, and industry standards
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
