Job Overview

We are seeking a Marketing Associate – Digital Content Specialist who will help facilitate the creative direction of various projects, collaborating closely with cross‑functional teams to translate conceptual ideas into compelling visual assets. You will be responsible for producing high‑quality designs across multiple platforms and marketing channels, ensuring consistency and adherence to brand guidelines. The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for detail, strong conceptual thinking, and a passion for innovation in design, while balancing the ability to write engaging copy to produce exceptional content used across a variety of marketing channels and tactics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, write, and edit compelling digital content, including blog posts, white papers, social media copy, email campaigns, case studies, landing pages, and more.
  • Develop and manage a content calendar aligned with business goals and marketing campaigns.
Visual Design & Creative Execution
  • Develop and execute creative concepts for print, digital, and multimedia projects, including branding, marketing collateral, social media graphics, presentations, and website design.
  • Lead design projects from inception to completion, managing timelines, resources, and deliverables effectively.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints, ensuring all creative assets reflect brand identity and adhere to guidelines.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project objectives, target audiences, and messaging—and translate those into visually engaging content.
  • Stay current with design trends, tools, and best practices—and integrate them into content and design strategy.
  • Collaborate with external vendors, agencies, and internal advisors when needed, overseeing production and ensuring quality control.
  • Handle multiple creative projects simultaneously, balancing priorities and deadlines with attention to detail.
  • Continuously push creative boundaries to elevate our brand presence and customer experience.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in digital content creation and design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of projects and design styles.
  • Strong writing and editing skills, with a portfolio of written content across platforms.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and other relevant design software.
  • Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate and present creative ideas effectively.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and work effectively under pressure.
  • Experience working in a collaborative team environment, with a positive attitude and willingness to share knowledge and expertise.
  • Up‑to‑date knowledge of industry trends, design tools, and best practices.
  • Experience in motion graphics, video editing, or UI/UX design is a plus.
  • Proficient with web and digital design and technologies.
  • A passion for creativity, innovation, and continuous learning, with a strong desire to contribute to the success of our team and organization.
