- Create, update, and edit various content types
- Ensure linguistic accuracy, cultural relevance, and brand consistency
- Conduct thorough research on your assigned local market and uphold rigorous fact‑checking standards
- Manage a freelancer pool to scale content production
- Define target audience, track progress, and adapt content accordingly
- Incorporate feedback and develop clear, concise copy
- Apply SEO best practices to enhance content visibility
- Produce content that aligns with business objectives
- Work within CMS platforms and task‑management systems
- Native‑level German and excellent written communication skills
- 2+ years of experience as a content manager and/or copywriter
- Strong sense of ownership for your content
- Meticulous attention to detail and efficient work habits
- Familiarity with content management platforms, such as Word Press, would be a plus
- Ability to use analytical tools, such as Google Analytics, to generate accurate reporting
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Flexibility to work in a fast‑paced environment together with a team
- Excellent time‑management, attention to detail and organizational skills
- Nice to have: SEO knowledge, experience with task management systems, and a passion for tech, sports, entertainment, gaming
