Legal Social Media Content Creator (Video Editing & Strategy)

Lynch & Owens is a premier family law firm on the South Shore (Hingham, MA). We have a massive library of educational video content on You Tube and a team of attorneys ready to be the face of the brand. We don't need a videographer; we need a Creator to take our content to the next level.

We are looking for a “Preditor” (Producer/Editor) to take ownership of our video content pipeline. You will not just edit; you will strategize, repackage, and distribute our expertise to a modern audience.

The Remix:
Audit our existing library of long‑form You Tube videos (2020‑2025). Identify the “gold,” slice it into high‑engagement vertical clips (Reels/Shorts/Tik Toks), and add trending captions/hooks.

The Update:
Collaborate with our attorneys to create simple “Update” intros (e.g., “Hi, I’m Attorney X, here is an update to this video…”) to modernize older content.

The Distribution:
Manage the posting schedule for Linked In, You Tube Shorts, and Instagram. You write the captions, you pick the hashtags, you hit “Post.”

• You speak “Vertical”:
  You know why a video works on Tik Tok but fails on Linked In. You know how to use Cap Cut/Premiere to make engaging, fast‑paced edits.
• You are a “Ghostwriter” for Video:
  You can watch a 5‑minute legal explanation and find the 30‑second soundbite that will go viral.
• You are Autonomous:
  We provide the raw assets; you provide the finished product. You don't need us to hold your hand on technical details.

• Proven experience editing vertical video (Reels/Tik Tok) with a portfolio we can watch.
• Familiarity with social media scheduling tools.
• Bonus:
  Experience working with professional services (Law, Finance, Real Estate).
